Yes we do. Here at HossFit Coaching we are strong supporters of our military & first responders.

Depending on your program interest, we are able to work with anyone with or without gear. Though it is ideal to have some form of equipment or weights – TRX, sandbags, kettle bells, dumbbells or gym membership. Strength training program would require gym membership or a robust home gym.

Yes you can access your training program while on the go. The coaching platform app we use makes it easy and mobile wherever you go.

We are willing to work with you, if you are willing to put in the work!  We can start from scratch and build your fitness level through our progressive programs.

If you book an online program with HFC. You will have a personalized, accountable program to fit your needs, with a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).

Also a virtual initial assessment, weekly check-ins/motivation and monthly video calls. If you purchase a total package including nutritional guidance and habit building, that will also include weekly guidance and check-ins toward those goals.
